Delete Your Account And Data.
You can ask us to delete everything we hold for you, at any time, without giving a reason and without signing in. Enter your email below and we will send you a link to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your meetup attendance history
- Your check-ins
- Any feedback you sent us
- Your notification token, so the app stops sending you anything
What we never had
Your journal and your safety plan are encrypted on your own phone and were never sent to us, so there is nothing here for us to delete. Deleting your account inside the app clears them from your device. Nobody at Mandem Meetup has ever been able to read them.
Photos shared at meetups are published as community photos and are not linked to your email, so we cannot find them automatically. If you want a specific photo taken down, say so and we will remove it by hand.
Nothing is deleted until you follow the link we email you. This is deliberate, it stops anyone else from deleting your history by typing in your address. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
