Talking Circle Deansgate
What it is
Our core offering. Talking Circles are safe, confidential spaces where men can speak openly about what’s really going on in their lives, without judgement, fixing, or pressure.
What it involves
A facilitated circle where men take turns sharing (or simply listening). We use simple ground rules: confidentiality, respect, and honesty. We ask 5 questions, How do you feel: physically/emotionally/in your relationships/in your spirit/ and what are you grateful for?
Who it’s for
Men aged 18+ at any stage of their mental health journey - whether you’re struggling, feeling stuck, or just want somewhere real to talk (or listen).
How to get involved
Just show up or book using the Book Now option on this page. Every Talking Circle is free to attend.
Where and When it happens
• Village Hall, Deansgate Mews, Manchester M3 4EN – 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month
Start time 6pm
End time 8pm
