• 100g rolled oats
• 250ml milk (or plant milk for vegan option)
• 100g fresh blackberries, washed (plus extra for topping)
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup• Pinch of cinnamon
1. Mix oats, milk, most of the blackberries, honey/maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Lightly mash some of the berries with a fork to release their juice.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. In the morning, top with the remaining blackberries and serve.
