• 125g butter, softened
• 1 large handful wild garlic leaves, washed
• Pinch of salt
• Squeeze of lemon juice
1. Finely chop the wild garlic leaves.
2. Mix chopped leaves into the softened butter with salt and lemon juice.
3. Spoon onto a piece of cling film and roll into a log shape.
4. Refrigerate until firm, or freeze for later use.
5. Slice as needed to melt over hot food or spread on bread.
